Two Movements.

Victorious Voices was born at the intersection of two powerful organizations — Victory Over Circumstance and Voices Beyond Assault — united by a shared belief: that every girl deserves a space where she is seen, celebrated, and equipped to rise.
Founded by Brianna Michelle and Mame Adjei, this is survivor-informed, culturally conscious, faith-rooted leadership in action.
Where It
Began
Victorious Voices was co-founded when two women — each leading their own survivor-centered organization — recognized that girls in our communities needed more than programs. They needed a movement.
We go into schools. We host events. We build mentorships. We send speakers into spaces where girls are hungry for a voice that sounds like theirs. And we do it all with love, faith, and an unshakeable belief that every girl is already victorious — she just needs the tools to know it.
Brianna Michelle is the Founder and Executive Director of Voices Beyond Assault (VBA), a survivor-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Los Angeles. Over the course of her advocacy work, Brianna has built a platform rooted in healing, storytelling, and the radical belief that survivors deserve wholeness — not just survival.
As a speaker, advocate, and community organizer, Brianna has led programming for universities, nonprofit organizations, and community events across the country. Her work centers trauma-informed healing while lifting survivors into positions of leadership, visibility, and power.
Brianna brings to Victorious Voices a vision for what girls can become when they are surrounded by women who have walked through fire and come out victorious.
Mame Adjei is the founder of Victory Over Circumstance, a faith-centered empowerment organization dedicated to helping women and girls overcome the circumstances of their past and step boldly into the fullness of their God-given purpose.
With a background in ministry, mentorship, and community leadership, Mame has spent years building spaces where girls can encounter their identity, their worth, and their destiny — not in spite of what they have faced, but through it.
Mame brings to Victorious Voices a spiritual foundation and a mentorship framework that meets every girl exactly where she is.

Mentorship Program
Voices Of Inspiring, Courageous, Empowered girls — a structured 1-on-1 and group mentorship program pairing young women with leaders who champion them, understand them, and have overcome what they face.
